This page explains what the website of the Parish of St. Peter & St. Paul, Clapham does with your information. If you have any questions, please use our contact page.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not set any cookies and does not track you. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

On pages that have a form, Cloudflare's spam protection (Turnstile) saves one small item in your browser's local storage, under the name cf.turnstile.u, as part of checking that the form is being used by a person. This is set by Cloudflare, not by us.

Who handles data when you use the site

Joining the contact list

If you sign up on the Stay in Touch page, the details you enter (your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number and address) are sent over an encrypted connection to ChurchSuite, the system the parish uses to keep its contact list. They are used only by the parish, to send you news and updates by email. We ask for your agreement with a tick box, and we only use your email for that purpose.

The mobile number and address are optional. They are only stored if you choose to give them, and they are kept in the same ChurchSuite list.

The details are not stored on this website, and the form does not use any tracking or advertising services. ChurchSuite's privacy policy.

Gift Aid declaration

If you complete the online Gift Aid form on the donate page, the details you enter (your first and last name, email address, postcode and address) are sent over an encrypted connection to a small program that runs on Cloudflare for this website. It emails them to the parish, using MailChannels to deliver the email. The program may also keep a copy, together with the IP address your request came from, in a database on Cloudflare. We use these details only to record your Gift Aid declaration.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to remove you from the list. Please use our contact page.
